how do you tell if it is real milk glass. I have some items, they look like milk glass, but no one can tell me.

Sometimes, you can tell by the opacity and lack of markings on the bottom. Kinda like depression glass. Anchor Hocking made a lot of new stuff that looks like milk glass but the stamp gives it away ;)
