Helo,

I found a Web site that is useing a part of one of my pictures. For coincidence, the part missing in this website is where the water mark is.

So.. how can I know if this people is using my image for free or if they bouth the licences?

The web site is http://www.prioryfarm.co.uk/

My image:

Any idea to know what is going on?? If my image was Stolen, what do i must do now?

Thanks!

If you look carefully you can see that SS puts 2 diagonal lines from corner to corner. I don't see them in the website so I'll assume that this image was bought.

I saved this file a few days ago, and the watermark was different then. So may be they get my pic some time ago before SS chanched the watermark.

I see.

Now, I'm thinking, if you can find who owns the other images and see how they've been cropped, this would give you an idea on whether they were bought or stolen.

After that, I have no idea. I would have to assume that the images were bought.

Looking closely at the website, I don't think they've cropped your photo tightly enough to remove either of the watermarks (the bottom of the black bowl is clearly visible, but would have been covered by the wm), so I think they must have bought it and just cropped it to the size they wanted.

Definetely the watermark was not in their photo. I expanded both over 1000%, no trace of tampering.

Do you think that each image you can find is stolen?

If you have 0 Dls of the images you can be sure that they stole your images.

If you have any DLs then just assume that your image is fairly used.
