has this not been sorted? I have tried to submit videos for weeks now and the preview images just keep dissapearing :( can't do anything about it :S |

I've never had a failed thumbnail generation NOT ever get reviewed.
In other words, the clips of mine that seemed to have stuck thumbnails always eventually went through.
So, I suppose I can say be patient. |

I don't see one VIDEO batch at all now, pending approved rejected - nowhere. May be under review now?

Cleared my cache & cookies. I can't upload 143 clips one clip in one batch as recommended by support. |
