Hi

three my videos are stuck already five days in the pending page, and they are without the preview image. Is that meaning that something went wrong in the upload process? One other video was reviewed in two days and it had the preview image, that's why I'm wondering.

If anybody could let me know, if I should resubmit or just wait the review?

This happens from time to time.

If the files are fairly small and you could re-upload them in a short time, that's probably the best thing to do rather than spend a longer period trying to get Support to give them a kick.

If they are massive HD files which would take hours to re-up, try sending an e-mail to Support or starting a new thread in the Bugs/Glitches section.

Thank you Paul. I think I will follow your advice, because I was already considering it in the back of my mind, but didn't want to act in a rush of impatience.

It is very frustrating when this happens... but good thing it only happens maybe 1 out of every 20 files.

Hi Scott,

yeah, but to me happened with 3 out of four! :-(

Now I have resubmitted one and looks fine, with the preview image and all... so there had to be some mistake when uploaded those first batch. Thanks for your feedback, anyway.

If you have a file(s) stuck without the thumbnail for more then 48 hours chances it will never have one.
Just delete it and reupload.
No need to wait for a week or more.

Guys, I asked support about the problem and got this response.

"There has been a delay in processing new footage for the past 36 hours or so. What you're seeing is probably related. I'll pass this on to the systems folks. Thanks for reporting it, and thanks for your patience."

So take a breath, it will be fixed shortly.

Thanks Jake, I had 2 crashes on internet during the model release process and had to reupload twice only to see that the thumbs are not there. Thanks for your help.

I have 5 that did the same thing. I was wondering if I should reload them or wait but I think I am going to reload. I hate that though. You have to rekeyword the whole thing. Although I might just cut and paste that somewhere else just for that reason :)

Hello:

We recently experienced an issue with footage submissions and are working through clips as quickly and efficiently as possible.

We appreciate your patience.

Sincerely,
