ISP Blocking FTP

Has anyone else found that your ISP has started blocking FTP transfers?

I am being told by AT&T that I need to upgrade to the static DSL option to have FTP work again.

AT&T sometimes bends the truth to increase flagging revenues.

If that's the case - you might want to look for a new ISP!
