Me too, i sent the form during summer, so I thought it was OK ! I find this system too difficult too understand for foreign people. |

I totally agree with you!!!
I can´t belive it, I pay my taxes in my country EVERY MONTH and I HAVE TO PAY AGAIN taxes to a country and I don´t even live in.
It´s incredible! |

Hello Chris,
The site experienced a temporary glitch on Tuesday October 27.
If your tax forms have already been approved by us, but the notification
banner to submit your Tax Forms was displayed in your account, this was due to
this glitch.
When you log into your account now, there should be no banner.

I'm an Australian citizen, currently working in Serbia, and I registered Shutterstock account with my Serbian address. Which form should I use?
Australia has tax agreement and Serbia does not. |

I have the same problem with tax message and it is still here on my page.
The more interesting thing is that I received message from shutterstock today:

Maybe they have found mistakes at the first forms that some have complited and they just want them to be corrected and resubmitted.
Personally I didn't get this kind of message so I guess I have complited my form corectly..will see... |

I received: "Waiting for you to submit your W-8BEN tax form" I have not received that form nor any kind of request, I live in Chile. Does anyone know what I have to do? |

Some Shutterstock foreign submitters received an email from Shutterstock yesterday, which stated, “We are waiting on your tax forms.”
Shutterstock requires all of its foreign submitters residing in treaty countries to complete Form W-8, which is located in our Tax Center. To access the Tax Center, log into your account and from your Submitter Home Page scroll down to Tools and Resources and click on “Tax Center”. Please read the introductory language, determine which form is correct for you and fill out the form.
