One way would be this:

1. Select all
2. Copy (CTRL+C)
3. Paste in front (CTRL+F)
4. Combine to shape area (in pathfinder menu)
5. Fill with FLAT COLOUR
6. Go to transparency menu (CTRL+SHIFT+F10)
7. In dropdown choose MULTIPLY from blending modes
8. Celect artwork
9. Flatten transparency (chooze High ressolution
in dropdown menu)
10. Check for bitmaps

In my oppinion if the overleyed gradients on the mug dont have transparency than you should be ok.

Or other option if you have CS3 use Color guide (SHIFT+F3) and use Display color bars button to change individual color.

Hope it helps.

Give me feedback.

Nah, it did not work. Well it WORKS but then I get a file size of a medium godzilla (100+ mb). I think I'll just redo all gradients but thanks for trying :)

What version of Illustrator are you using? In CS4, you can use the Edit > Adjust Colors to change the colors in gradients. But, I'm pretty sure it won't let you do that in older versions.
