How can I upload 10 vectors at once time if the maximum guantiti of images for me is 10? I need to upload file1.eps and file1.jpg files of one image so it is only 5 imagespossible in one submittion.

Upload the first 5. Then the remaining part.

Excuse me, I have received such message after EPS images.
All vector images must be accompanied by JPG images with the same name. You uploaded the vector image H:\??? SHUTTERSTOCK\??????\JPG for shutterstock\EPS\frame new year.eps but did not upload a corresponding JPG file named H:\??? SHUTTERSTOCK\??????\JPG for shutterstock\EPS\frame new year.jpg.

And I have received such message after JPG images.
Pictures must be at least 4.0 megapixels. This picture is 500 x 500 = 250,000 pixels (0.2 megapixels).

What can I do?

The .jpg size is ok at 500x500pixelif it is a preview image for the vector (4 MP is for uploading .jpg illustrations, without vector).

Did you upload all the vectors together first and then all the jpgs together? If so, the system mustn't have connected the vectors with their corresponding jpgs. Try uploading the first 5 vectors with their jpgs at one time (10 files), then go back and upload the other 10. If it works, you should see 10 vector files waiting for keywords and categories - the jpgs shouldn't appear because the system should know that they belong to the vectors.

Another quick point - make sure that the vectors and corresponding jpgs are in the same folder on your own computer before you start uploading, otherwise the system won't make the connection between them.
