2010 as keyword but search show Oops error message

How come we can have ( ex. 2010 ) as a keyword
but when its put in as a search word a Oops error
message pop up?

Still get the error message searching for 2010 and any other year!
Since it been on most search this past month and week
I think it should be fixed as soon as possible!

This is neither a bug nor a glitch. No need to fix it. It "ain't broke".

It's reading it as if it were an image number and since there is not an image with that number, it gives you the "Oops" message. Put it in parentheses ("2010") and voila, you get this:
