Today I am, periodically, seeing thumbnails of images in my 'latest downloads' on my homepage, that are not turning up in my stats page. Other 'new downloads' are turning up in the stats, but these have not appeared and keep coming and going from my home page when I refresh the screen!
Is anyone else experiencing this? |

same here.
stats are advancing,
however thumbnails in "LATEST DOWNLOADS" area stands the same for last 10-14 hours
usually they were updated the first, even before general stats.
do we need to report it to support? |

I don't have quite the same problem, Mocker - mine keep coming and going! The three pictures that showed earlier have not turned up in the stats and have now disappeared from the 'latest downloads' on the home page.
I have seen them on the homepage on three separate occasions today, but they are not appearing in the sales stats and other sales are. I am beginning to think that there is some sort of bug and the thumbnails relate to some pictures that I actually sold yesterday!
I guess admin staff read the forums but, if the problem purists, I will contact support later today. |

Yes, but there were other thumbnails from todays sales, it hasn't just been showing the same ones for 10-14 hours. They just keep showing up from time to time. I even posted a couple in the latest DL thread!! |

There was a problem this morning with the display data not refreshing correctly. It's been fixed, but it might be a little while before you see everything get caught up. Thanks for reporting it and thanks for your patience. |
