Yes, we are accepting 3D animations!

To clear up confusion, somewhere it says we are not, this is NOT true. We are accepting 3D animations!

I have been submited for about 10 video footages, and today I found out that all of them are rejected.
My question: where can I find a reason of rejections?

My video footage has been waiting in line for about three weeks. My Footage Id is 342. Anyone else waited this long?

Hmm. My first ones were about 34 and 35, I think. I put them up on the first or second day they were accepting uploads.

Still no word.

hi

I've just uploaded a Windows Media file, and got an error saying Shutterstock doesn't accept them. this is despite the guidelines which say they're OK.

I want to provide HDTV files, so wmv seems to be the best format.

has anyone got any better ideas for how to submit High Definition work without incurring massive upload times?

A film maker in Brazil is using some of my paintings in his film and he'd like an interview on digital video. I don't have a camera that will do that, but since you now accept clips, I'm thinking that I might buy one. The aspect ratio doesn't show up in the specs at the sellers I have visited. What is the minimum size in megapixels? What cameras will work? I won't be able to upload these without high speed internet, will I? (I still have dial-up).
Any advice is welcome.
