I find when searching for photos, there are often several on a page that I'd like to get a closer look at. Clicking on a thumbnail shows a larger view, but to see the next one I must hit BACK and then another thumb. This seems rather slow, as the thumbnail page takes some time to redraw and then I have to wait for the next picture I click on to appear as well.

It would be helpful if there was a "next/previous" button to click to scroll throught the photos in order. I assume this would be especially helpful for designers who have narrowed down a search and want a closer look at all the pics from their search results.

Anyone else have thoughts on this?

One suggestion for you: Try shift-clicking instead - each image opens up in a seperate window - if you use a browser like Opera rather than Internet Expolorer, you'll find this is much, much faster than opening one and going back - it's not bad in IE either, but something that handles windows well makes it a dream...

Yeah or you can try using firefox .. and couple it with mouse gesture .. everytime i just right click and move up over a link .. it opens up a new tab ...
