I have repeatedly received emails from Shutterstock asking me to fill out a non-resident tax form. I have responded to these emails saying that I have never received any earnings from Shutterstock, therefore I see no need to pay taxes or fill out any forms. I have received no response to my emails (I have sent at least 4 so far) but I continue to receive the same spam asking me to fill out a tax form. I am completely fed up and am posting here as a last resort before I terminate my account.
