These 3 were rejected for "Poor framing, cropping, composition or snapshot.."
I never thougth they were Mona Lisa's, but I don't see how they couldn't be used by graphical artists / people making flyers, posters, etc.
(small size, but good for review)

I can give you my best guess as why they'd be rejected. You're submitting photos of objects but cutting the objects off.
The lumber pile extends off both ends of the shot - if you had a very close up shot of some lumber ends perhaps? The background is pretty busy too.
The tool the hand is holding is cut off top and left side - again, might have worked OK if the close up was on the drilling area.
The electrical wire cap is cut off at the top - can you reshoot and include the whole cap, perhaps without the wire crossing in front?
Hope this helps.

I believe the latest two were rejected as they were taken using the flash as the main light source so the lighting doesn't seem natural and the shadows are too strong.
The first one I can't see very well so I can't really comment on it :S

I'm replying from having been rejected recently, so can sympathise with you, sob, sob.
I have to agree with JoAnne, I would not have submitted these photo's if they were mine. I think she makes useful suggestions I would support.
Keep trying, we are all learning together

I remember rejecting those .. (Sorry!) :) hehe ..
And I think everybody who pitched in pretty much covered why I rejected them. Watch your cropping .. try not to use too much flash with pictures .. the harsh shadows ruin the look of the image.
Don't let these rejections get you down, or anyone else for that matter ... its a learning process for everyone! Keep practicing and sooner or later you'll start to notice those rejections diminishing.

I know this can be frustrating, I get that all the time. ( well... not all the time)
I do agree sometimes with SS, but I have to admit that there are some images that I disagree with there judgment.
Remember, everyone will see or look for different things in your image.
Some will like what you shot but dislike the grain or the contrast
Others will not fall in love with what you shot but will like the colors or sharpness or cropping.
So look at it this way.... Its hard to pleas everyone.
So don't get frustrated or take it personal. Enjoy what you do.
On every shot try a little better, learn from every shot.
Good luck
JC
