Nice and simple for the ones like me who did nothing after the initial email and waited to see what would happen. Not so good for the people who followed the original instructions and spent money on documents etc. they didn't need. :-/

To err is human... to admit it, divine.

I think people are very sympathetic to those that make mistakes and fess up... take some responsibility, or give an apology.

I really admire honesty and integrity in people or organisations.

Unless someone rushed in the first day or two, to get the proper papers I don't see a problem. Shutterstock pretty quickly announced that everyone should wait for further info.

First couple of weeks at least from what was going on here on the forums. SS did not initially deal with this well at all.
