Repeated request for submission of tax form--any problem?

I have submitted my Tax Form as required a week ago. Strangely, I have been asked to submit Tax Form again and again since yesterday 25 July. Is there any problem?

every time I open the submit page, there is one caution statement as follows:

Please note: We are waiting for your tax forms. Please visit our Tax Center for detailed instructions.

Same problem here see: http://submit.shutterstock.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=66387

I emailed support at TaxHelp@shutterstock.com but no reply as of yet!
