Hello:
Attached are new Shutterstock Adult & Minor Model Releases that may be used for Photo or Footage submissions as JPG files (PDF files are not an allowed extension for the Forums). The 'old' model releases are still acceptable for photo submissions only.) For specific Footage submission use, you must tick off the 'Footage' tick off box.
You may begin using the releases right away. The releases will be made available within the Legal Forms area of your submit accounts in the near future.
