I have submitted my form, but have received no emails from Shutterstock.

I logged in, and it says that the form has been 'approved'.

Does this mean it's all 'back to normal' now, and I can reset my minimum payout so I'll resume payments now?

Or is there some sort of delay while the papers get filed, etc?

Just need to know. I'd like to get my payout this month. :)

I don't even have the 'approved' info. I was probably one of the first people to send it and the only difference in the tax center I see is the missing 'grace period' part.

Should I contact support?

Follow the links at the tax centre and go view the form you submitted. If you submitted correctly, then it should say "Your submitted W-8 BEN has been approved."

I also never received an email and assume that with the above statement, that my info is now on file and correct.

When I click the 'submit form' link I see a notice that I already submitted the form and a link to view the submitted form and when I click this link I am able to see the form AND ... a small info about the form being approved. :)
I wish this info would be in bold font somewhere on the main page of the Tax Center. Two clicks away, small font .. I'm sure many people might overlook that info. Just like I did :)

Any official answer from Shutterstock as to when things are all good and we're ready to resume as normal?

It'd be nice if there was some sort of feedback on this instead of keeping us guessing.

Sorry to bring this old thread up- but how long does it take? I submitted my form at the beginning of August. Still shows the same W8Ben form with my details when I click on it.
