Hello,
I just had a batch of photos rejected for a reason that can be easily corrected: No newsworthy caption. I can't believe that, unlike other stock sites, there is no resubmit option. (That would also help people who have forgotten or made a mistake with their releases.)
Here at SS I have to start all over again. This is really lame.
I can't imagine that it would take much programming code to correct this.

An alternative would be for the reviewer to just leave the photo with pending status and send the email of what needs to be corrected (assuming that photo info can be changed there, in the pending Q).

Thanks,
Greg

Same here, just had an image rejected to to an honest keywording error on my side - could be edited in minutes and resubmitted straight away I'd say.

We do however then assume (maybe falsely) that the image was acceptable on other grounds, which may not be the case.

In my case the files were accepted after the error was corrected. They will usually mention other problems. Although once a file was later rejected for something other reviewers thought was OK.

Something out of topic, but close -
if I upload batch of 5 photos made in studio with the same light, same worlflow, same model or object, same everything. 4 of this is accepted, the 1 is rejected with "poor light or white balance". I didn't resubmit yet any this kind rejected photos avoiding warnings, but what I can to do? Resubmit with not "same settings as accepted", or "corrected" even I don't see points to correct if the rest was accepted...

I can really relate... the rejections seem so arbitrary and unfair so often (though usually other words come to mind when I get the notices). I often seems like they have a quota of rejections they have to make so they just reject some even though there is nothing wrong with them. It is so funny when three agencies accept a file or a batch then a fourth suddenly finds all kinds of problems with them. I guess that unless you have lots of time it is just better to forget it and move on and work on other shots submit them.
