Today SS don't twitt about my bad sales. Interesting - why?
From Monday till Friday subscribers can't find "new" images in ss, today they can't see (on twitter) information about my sales ... What happens?

Don't know if this is what srnr is refering to but
sales from the 20th and 21st have not been tweeted.
I have sent an email to Shutterstock about it, though.

shuttertweet is a great concept and it was super easy to sign up BUT...the first tweet i saw announcing my Shuttertweet connection (see below) links to an empty photo gallery? Why? - Because I only shoot video!!

Connected my @shutterstock account to Twitter w/Shuttertweet! My images: http://tinyurl.com/m5nspc More info: http://tinyurl.com/qm6tc4

Please can you fix this, otherwise Shuttertweet is more of a liability than an asset for video contributors.

Update: A few days ago, I asked why twitter didn't update my sales for a couple of days.

Basically, this is the answer I recieved from Shutterstock.

If you have the SAME amount in sales each day, Twitter will only update once.
That is, if you have one $.25 sale today and one $.25 sale the next day, only the first is tweeted.

When the amount changes, it will be tweeted again.

Shuttertweet is a great idea! I can't really use it tho until it supports video footage. Any idea when video support is coming?

I signed up a few weeks ago but the only tweet I've had is that my SS account has been linked to my twitter. No posts about sales, uploads or anything else since then.

Hi all,

As many of you have requested and inquired, we're pleased to now also offer Shuttertweet for Shutterstock Footage.

It will work exactly the same - that is, a once-a-day tweet for the number of clips accepted, and the number of clips sold. (If zero for either, no tweets will be sent.)
