ingus,
the total unpaid earning are not on main.mhtml, are they? so you'll need to change that page as well

and, could you tell me, would it theoretically work if i just changed the js (and statusar.xul), rezipped and install?
is there anything else to change, like the id in the installation file or the version?

still doesn't work when i modify it here

There is two level zipping needed - first you have to zip the content and skin folders into a statusbar.jar file and after that zip the chrome folder and install.rdf file into xpi file.

As about total unpaid earnings - you're right then you have to change it to stats.mhtml

and how about a cash register sound each time our earnings go up :)

Great widget, thanks!

I second the request for an alert sound ( if you're just sitting there with nothing better to do :0) )

The tricky part here is that there are line breaks and tabs between the html

The regexps you can use are:
Code:

            var dlr = new RegExp('([0-9]+)</b></td>(\t|\r|\n)*</tr>(\t|\r|\n)*</table>(\t|\r|\n)*<br>(\t|\r|\n)*<div class="greenbox">', 'gm');
            var dl = dlr.exec(text);
            alert(dl[1]);
            var ernr = new RegExp('Total Unpaid Earnings([^<]+)</td>(\t|\r|\n)*<td class="datacell"><b>[^0-9]+([0-9]+\.[0-9]+)', 'gm');

I've tried that one and nothing changes. I still get only two fields with monthly downloads and monthly earnings.

Did you improve anything in the meantime?

COOL! Did you notice that when you make a sale, the little extension thingy shows it long before your regular stats page does?

How about everyone who use this great extension will reward you with a very good picture sent to you by mail? I would like to do that. Please show you e-mail adress on website, or post it here. I'm sure more people would like to "pay".

Sorry, the domain name expired and I didn't want to renew it. Now the extension is available at:

Aaah, I don't think it's necessary - since I created this extension and uploaded a couple of good shots, the number of my downloads has increased, but anyway - thanks for the idea :)!
