not sure if anyone else is having a problem, but when trying to upload via http I receive the following error:
Proxy Error
The proxy server received an invalid response from an upstream server.
The proxy server could not handle the request POST /upload.mhtml.
Reason: Document contains no data
I've tried doing one at a time or several and still receive the same message :( |

I couldn't connect for a couple of days last week for FTP - ended up using HTML instead - it's working now though, just put 9 shots in...
Cheers,

I just sent some tests through and they went through fine. I am using Firefox, either try again with a different browser, or use activeX or FTP to upload, it will go faster that way anyway. |

Hi Jon,
As I said I was trying to upload 5 images via http, like I always do, and after a while (in the middle of the upload process) the error would come up (see below). I tried a couple of times and then tried again with just one image and kept receiving the same message, I am using Firefox by the way....anyhow, I ended up using FTP and to my surprise when I came back to Shutterstock to finish the upload process, all of the images were up there, meaning that despite the error message, they were being received...so there were like 5 copies of each one, weird :)
Here is the error again:
Proxy Error
The proxy server received an invalid response from an upstream server.
The proxy server could not handle the request POST /upload.mhtml.
Reason: Document contains no data |
