FTP uploads return file system error message.

Using FTP gives the following error when starting an upload:

[11:11:26] Command: STOR Rape seed being cut 2.mov
[11:11:26] Response: 550 Rape seed being cut 2.mov: Read-only file system
[11:11:26] Error: Upload failed

It's a few days ftp upload doesn't work anymore here.
Can someone help me?
