I had sent my affiliate id via a url link to a client so they can make a purchase from here (1 month) and I can make a small profit.
Instead, my client got a message when placing his order (ERROR: Credit Card Declined: Please call +1 646-419-4452 to finish the processing of your order).
So they called me up and asked me to assist them in placing this order and give their credit card info via the telephone to Shutterstock.
This fellow by the name of Patric assisted me. When all was done, and the order was placed, I asked him "what about my commission?" and he said, well I'm sorry sir, but due to the fact that you called in your order you will not make a commission!
What???
It wasn't my fault that Shuttestock's credit card processor messed up, or maybe their website software has a glitch.
Can someone please credit my affiliate account with my commission for this order?
