Why am I getting flat colours?

When I upload my files, it's as if the colour profile is being stripped from the image, is there something I need to do for shutterstock uploads?
Example
The same file on my website appears correct Example

Any advice appreciated

Upload them as sRGB, not Adobe RGB.
