I had a few rejected, good reason though. One thing I did learn is that you can edit pending uploads and add model releases to them:

Hello,

Thank you for your inquiry regarding uploading a model release.

Yes, please resubmit with the new model release.
In order to upload a model release after the batch has been submitted, and
before the batch has been reviewed, please do the following:

Log in to submit, then go to

http://submit.shutterstock.com/edit_pending_releases.mhtml

From here, you will be able to upload model releases for pending batches.

Just tried that, but the page has no "clickable" buttons to upload the release.

Any suggestions?

I noticed when I get to the 'submit model release' portion of an upload the html is very specific for each clip ID, or if there are multiple ones the clip ID is in the html some way. Look next time it comes up and post the link, or I will if I have one with release in the next few days.

My video files are pending for more than 1 week too!
What's the average waiting time for video files?

yup I still have clips pending since the 21st, no issues that I'm aware of and all thumbnails are now visible, so not sure why its taking so long unless they are just super busy.

Thanks D,
I'll give it a go,
though so far I can't even get to the 'submit model release' portion'!

Ive just tried to change a thumbnail on some of my videos but the function appears to be broken. Does anyone get the same server error?

Yes it is a joke, I've never re-uploaded anything here.

Though I might make an exception for these clips
because it was entirely my own fault this time,
(I hate it when I can't blame some other idiot)
and because I'm donating some of the profits,
so I want to sell as many as possible.

You should donate some of your profits to me!
