Why so few vector images in the lightboxes?
A quick count gave me only 15%.

I'm not complaining, just wondering if there's a reason as it does seem to be the norm.

Does it reflect the balance of image types on offer? ...the balance of demand?
Or perhaps vector artists just aren't providing the same diversity or quality?

(Or maybe there's a conspiracy against vector artists!!!) :o

Any thoughts?

Adrian.

Well Adrian,

All I can say is that 15% seems way too much. I think the lightboxes should be just for photos. After all, that’s what this site is all about, isn’t it?
Quit your whining and deal with it.

Rubbish.
You photographers make me sick. Think you own the place.

I bet I sell more than you anyway.

Sawatdi,
I vote for the conspiracy theory myself. Just kidding of course. Too bad we cannot know SS's sales as to the percentage of revenues which come from vectors, and whether it is greater than 15% or less than.

Maybe SS vectors are so great that they don't need to be given special consideration to sell?

Sawatdi,

Of course! That'll be the answer. Give the poor photogs a chance ;)
