How about a lightbox or maybe a category where every submitter could feature 1 or possibly 2 images from their gallery? Sort of a way to show off what we consider our best work or perhaps draw attention to older or seasonal images. Each photographer could change what they want to feature whenever they want.

I think this would be a good selling tool to new subscribers because it would show off some of the best of what shutterstock has to offer. It would also give us some control over getting certain images that we're proud of seen more than just the first day or so.

I know there are quite a few photogs here and that would make for a lot of featured images but I still think being able to feature 1 image in a group of a few thousand would be useful, especially as the total image count climbs daily. Any thoughts?

I don't see it as a hugely important feature - but I wouldn't want to miss out having my shots on there if it was on - now, how would you handle the sorting of it? :-) I still wouldn't want my shots stuck at the end, would you??

Cheers,
Stuart

Random sorting, at least as the default, would be the fairest way to do it.
