Oh, I'm so very confused. I'm an American citizen living in the UK (for ten years.) Britain does have a tax treaty with the USA, but I can't find the right form for a US citizen living abroad. Who should I pay the taxes to? I asked my accountant today, and he said that he wasn't aware of US law, so that wasn't too big of a help...HELP!
