I've noticed that almost everyone who posted here has been to the Netherlands.

I'm a bit biased since I live here, so I wonder, what is so attractive about this small country? And did it lived up to your expectations?

I'm sure I've forgotten a few...

Austria - almost 1 year (2-3 weeks at a time)
Belgium - 3 days
Denmark - 3 weeks
England - 8 weeks
France - several day trips
Israel - 2 minutes
Jordan - 2 weeks
Italy - 1 week
Luxemburg - 1 day
Netherlands - 5 weeks
Poland - 30 minutes
Saudi Arabia - 1 day
Spain - 2 weeks (as very small child)
Switzerland - 4 weeks
Sweden - 1 week
Turkey - 4 weeks
United States - 1 year, 1 month
Wales - 1 week

Also, when they still existed:
German Democratic Republic - 4 weeks
Czechoslovakia - 2 hours

And of course:
(Federal Republic of) Germany - rest of the time

By accident. Aqaba (Jordan) and Eilat (Israel) are in walking distance, or more precisely, diving distance. According to some Jordanian officials we accidently crossed the border while diving.

Of course they may have been playing a practical joke on us, but to us that's our two minutes in Israel. :)

I know it's not me, however, I've been to a few countries ... Spain, Greece, Italy, Switzerland, Holland (Netherlands) etc. And of course most places in UK because I live here.

So how well travelled are you? If you are in the US, going to another state doesn't count ;-) Or does it?

I'm definitely not the most-travelled here, but wish I'd had my pro cameras during trips to Malta, Italy, Netherlands, England, Canada, (state) Hawaii, France, Bahamas....

Political sub-divisions such as US states, Canadian provinces... should certainly count IF you'e talking areas covered.

And then there must be those here also well-traveled on sea, and, my goodness, if we have any astronauts....

Do you mean the Most Serene Republic of San Marino in the Appennine mountains of Italy (thanks Wikipedia)? That's a country but their national radio station is not a patch on Radio Liechtenstein.
