I think the first one is fine. The lighting is similar to this photo http://www.shutterstock.com/pic.mhtml?&id=260752 (which by the way is on the the top 50 list)
I'm not too sure about the second one though.

Venice 3 is certainly worth uploading. Venice 2 and 1, I have a problem with what appears to be scaffolding on the building in the background. If you can get rid of that, that would improve the images (IMO). And for Venice 2, try lining the water line up with the frame - it seems to be a little off-level (which was a criticism on another picture, recently given by a reviewer).
I like the shots, though, in my unexpert opinion.

Well, if I didn't think it'd be easy to fix I wouldn't have suggested it. But that it's noticeable AND easy to fix, I felt I had to mention it. If it wasn't fixable, I wouldn't have endorsed its submission.
Good pictures, though (but I'm not a reviewer).

oi,
how come added images sometimes show on the forum and sometimes show as an attachment?
how do you get it to show like you did in the first post?

To be honest, I have no idea too. :p If you notice, I actually uploaded 3 pics, but only 2 of them are shown.

Sean,
I believe there are both physical size (byte) and dimension (pixels X pixels) limits on what will be displayed - hence a 640 X 480 might display, and 480 X 640 might not... the byte count might be just a limit on what can be uploaded to a forum, I can't remember for sure...
Cheers,
Stuart

For sure ... Didn't you know:

Heheeh.... Well, with all due respect to Cristi, this photo was not meant to be sold, so I don't think there's any problem.
