It's gorgeous. How did you do that? What program? I think it's just incredible, a mixture of innocence and mischief. Great!

Just few details, baby is too big for a flower, he (she?) cant fit into it.
And he is not in the center, one leave that sould be in front of him, is cut to be behind.

But its far better than ive ever done.

Nice start. I would work on the lighting and the difference between the sharpness of the baby and the flower.

I disagree with Villem, I think you have done a good job. Check out Anne Geddes, http://www.annegeddes.com/ she has made a fortune with this type of image.

I think it's very sweet.

I do agree with the comment about lighting and sharpness, but this wasn't the first thing I noticed about the picture. :) It's easy to get distracted by adorable babies and beautiful flowers.

When I review writing, I consider it to be quite good if the writer has mechanical errors but I don't notice them at all on a first read-through. It's very hard for me to turn off the inner editor, and little nitpicky things like spelling and grammar can distract me and yank me right out of the story. But a few storytellers are so good I'm not only willing to suspend my disbelief, but also to put down my Red Pen of Death for just a moment - long enough to enjoy the tale.

This picture is like that, for me.

It's a Girl, note the pink...lol
What leaf? Do you mean petal? Either way I don’t see it.
With the full size the sharpness is much better.
The flower is a stock photo I didnt take it....It was from my pre photography, photoshop only days.
I probably need to burn some of the hot spots on the flower
I am working on a few more with my photos.
Thanks for the comments

You need a little bit of shading on the lower half of the baby, and the top of the hat is a tiny bit too blurry, but nice work you got there.
