Hello All - Yesterday I uploaded (for the first time) 10 images for review using Cyberduck. When I went to the submit page to add my key words and such, I got the fields and buttons to do so, but no image from which to reference. Hence I cannot begin to add key words without knowing what image I am adding key words to. Does that make sense?

I uploaded 10 pieces of footage two weeks ago, and a small image appeared with the submit keywords form so I knew which was which. So far with these photos there are no images so I can't submit.

I sent up a trouble ticket but have gotten no response.

Then, today, I deleted the ones I uploaded yesterday and just tried one. I get the same thing - the fields and buttons but no picture.

Help!

How much time passed between when you uploaded the images and when you checked your account? Have you checked it since? There may be a lag.
