I think they are good for exam, but try to split human body more precisely -- where is front and where is back |maybe by different color or some like that|
And for watch: try to illuminate the bottom spoons.

On the muscle man -- I think if you are going to demonstrate anatomy, the body should be drawn more precisely. The shapes of the head, arms, and legs should more realistic. And he needs to have hands and feet.

I would also suggest doing this in color, so that the lines that separate areas can be black or something dark, and the muscles can be a reddish/pinkish color. It would be much easier on the eyes.

On the clock -- I don't know, what is the purpose of the spoons? I like the clock, and the little forks, spoons, and knives that you used for the dial and hands is a good idea, I really like that. My suggestion is, save the spoons for another illustration. Use the clock by itself, make it larger to fill the space, and add some more color to it. Maybe the forks are red, the hands different colors, or the numbers in a color. These images need more "pop". When a buyer is searching for something, your images will just be one small thumbnail among 50 others. You need them to stand out more.
