i cant seem to login to the FTP, using either my email address or my user name? which one am i supposed to use? i know my password, but neither user name is working. |

It looks like the ftp adress has been changed. I did used ftp.shutterstock.com until recently with no problems at all. I think all my troubles are coming from the fact you have changed the ftp adress without any notice to contributors or at least to me.
When I saw your message I thought you were wrong and I went to check on the guidelines page. Indeed, there says no longer ftp.shutterstock.com but ftp://submit.shutterstock.com. I will try and use the new ftp adress.
Amazingly, I could connect to both adresses and get the same directory list.
Is there any difference between the two ftp adresses? |
