I am trying to upload footage to SS via Cyberduck and FTP. I login via cyberduck, upload the footage, the upload is successful and yet there is never any footage in my account. It appears I'm doing everything they ask so I'm not sure what is wrong. Please help!

Don't know, never had a problem. I use duck also.
