The FTP was down briefly over the weekend, but it should be working fine now. Please let me know if you are still having troubles. |

I will have our tech department look into whether we have had any downtime. |

Can you post a screenshot of your FTP log so we can look into it further. We're not seeing any problems on our end.

This may be a problem with your firewall. Can you look into that and let me know what happens? Thanks. |

It works one time then doesn't the next. My firewall hasn't changed. Worked flawlessly until about a week ago, then intermittent problems.

That was my post above. Never let me post without logging in before (even though I was logged into the site - but that's another problem)
Anyway came back to edit my post and mention that ftp works fine on all other sites - again negating the firewall argument. |

Whatever you fixed, it blocked my access to ftp. It hasn't been accpeting my ID and password for the past few days. I get "530 Login incorrect."
I didn't change anything at this end. It just started doing it out of the blue. |

I can log in but the FTP keeps timing out when uploading 2 HD footage clips. I've contacted SS through the contact-sheet.
I really hope SS can sort it out. Since my FTP tried 4 times to upload a clip (I was away). Now I have the clip (partially I presumme, but no way to check) 4 times in my Waiting to be submitted-section!
I'm hoping for a quick solution. |

It worked at 1:30, it doesn't work at 5:10. Same computer, network, and firewall. Always 5 files around 5-8 mb each.
I understand your techs are always going to claim the problem is with the user, but this has been going on for a week or more. It works sometimes and doesn't work others. |
