I don't know if this has been discussed before and maybe I should email support directly but could someone tell me if they have similar problems; I have over 100 senior shots and only one shows when I search for senior, not even the one that is part of my most downloaded image.

IE 7 - Win XP Pro.

Hey Sean, nope not yet, I did pm Setho and got a response why my post was moved to the bugg tread which makes sense but nothing yet about the search issue. I am sure that they are working on it and will let you know how it goes.

I will work on it over the weekend but this one is my most popular Image ID: 790377 and is not showing.

I am at home now and I did the search again and my most popular "senior" is showing now so I don't know why. I had tried the search from work where I download from SS and ran into this problem, I will check if the rest is there over the weekend and try again from my work subsription if everything shows.

Hey Sam, I don't get this as it is working from home since yesterday but was not a few days ago from work, same IE 7 - XP. The only difference was that I was searching while downloading from my subscription so I just need to try that again this weekend, I will let you know.

I like your first isolated portrait, pretty well done and full of energy.

person, phone, power, professional, proud, questions, responsibility, sales, senior

and #790377 does show up in Windows XP IE7

Something I never new how to do, how to you search for #790377?
Also I am starting the month with a per-photo sale but -$3.99, any hint? I am thinking of a refund for a buyer, your feedback appreciated.

Hi Fred,

You can enter an image number into the search terms to find it. Just don't put the "#" in the line as well.

As far as your negative payment goes, I have sent a PM regarding that. Thanks.
