4 entire batch with 40 images is missing! I uploaded them at the weekend and they were approved yesterday. They appear only at New section.

Batch IDs:

18624910
18624898
18609538
18609529

Can you just put manually our batches and pictures in the Popular and Relevant sections? We lose serious money :(

Thanks!

Does it have to take several weeks to find a bug in a database program???????

Several weeks?

To my knowledge this problem has been going on now for at least the last 4 months.

But hey, don't worry they're looking into it and they appreciate all our support and feedback!

I had 1028 files in my portfolio, but only 994 in the Catalog Manager. Than my Catalog manager listed 1022 files. Unfortunately I now can see only 1022 files in my portfolio too, so 6 files are missing:

87855544
87855514
87925591

My portfolio is missing a good chunk. It is a horrid problem, but it's good to see SS is responding.

Can SS gives us an estimated date of when it will be fixed?

I saw the new display preferences option. I guess that the existing problems were not enough. I can see why the IT department would be bored.
