I honestly don't know... apparently I can see there my vectors... but 2 weeks ago 2 of them disappeared...
I'm really confused.... I'm not sure it's useful to write again to support... |

When they disappear, do they ever come back if you don't contact SS manually? |

Mine went missing, sent a 'ticket' to SS. Images returned after 2 days or so. SS emailed back saying known fault that they are working on and not to contact them again on the subject. |

Mine came back without contacting support again.
So far it looks like things are back to normal for me. There appears to be an issue with new images being available in the Catalog Manager, but I can live with that as long as the new images remain visible in the portfolio and search results. |
