I'm submitting one clip and seven (7) identical clips appear in the "videos waiting to be submitted" page.
Do I delete six of the seven identical clips and continue on? This has been an on-going problem. Any suggestions? Thanks!

I had that problem for a while, too. I was using FileZilla, as recommended by SS. I think someone posted a fix for it (changing the settings in FileZilla) but I never tried it. Instead, after much resistance, I changed to Cyberduck and the problem went away.

Yes, this does sound like an FTP issue. I'd contact your FTP provider to find out the best way to address this. Thanks!
