"Broken link" images in Footage to be submitted

Hello, I have this problem. When I upload new footage, it shows "Broken link" image instead of footage preview. I waited enough time (1-2 weeks) to appear preview image, but it never happened. Same happens when I'm keywording it, I simply don't see video screenshot and I need to manually search over videos just by name of that video. Also when it is waiting for the review, same problem. It shows screens of videos only when it gets into "Active section" on first (home) page of my account. Anyone have this problem too? Also any solution for it? Thank you in advance for help :)

i have since yesterday a bit of the same..
only i don't see a broken link only the titel instead of the photo.. and yesterday it said that an image which had the same was corrupted but it isn't.. now in the new batch i have two photo's who show no thumbnail but only the titel
