I submitted 4 pieces of footage but I got rejected because of poor framing, what does that mean? And what can I do to get them approved?

The only thing you can do is re-shoot if you're able.
If it were a photo you could crop to make the framing better. But you can't with video unless you shot in 1080 and crop to a 720 size.
That would work too. |

It means the main subject of the footage is not in a good location or part of the view. Maybe a persons head is cut off or it's too close to one of the edges. Good luck. |
