In two out of 3 recently approved images I see this message instead of the image:

These have been there for a few hours now and do not seem to change.

#3065466 shows ok on my side.
3061431 does not show, says "This image pending approval or doesn't exist".

I have this one,

that I thought of giving it some time and forgot abt it, really been more than six month it never shows, but on mine the result is different.
I get a red X in a box. I suspect mine does not exist or is corrupted on the server.

still has this problem. There is an issue here as two other recently approved images show fine, while this one, that is much older, still does not show.

OK for the record I resubmitted the image explaining the situation, with the aim to create a new entry for the image. I will delete the original file as soon as the new one is accepted.

Edit: the problem seem to have spontaneously 'healed' as it often happens on this site. The image is now fine. I have deleted the resubmitted image.

Please keep in mind that the images need to be cached in the system before they can be found. In this case, the system seemed to take just a bit longer than usual to show the image. Looks all good now.
