I cannot see my 3 new images from the last approved batch (more then 24 hours ago): 1) in my catalog manager anyhow I sort it, 2) in my portfolio sorting it by "popular", "relevant" or "random". (But I see them when sorting my portfolio by "new"). The problem is -- I cannot understand, if ss customers see my images normally, or not. Or is this too early to worry?

I have 18 clips approved, but not show in gallery for a two week?

idoru, images will show up in "New" searches after 24 hours but the other searches will take longer. I suggest waiting up to 72 more hours and if you still do not find those images in the relevant results then let us know.
rivstock, where are you searching for these images? I was able to find them when I performed a search. Can you tell me how you were searching? They are definitely appearing in your portfolio.

The same problem again.
My vector images approved two days ago, but they do not exist in the portfolio!
I can see it in my "Approved Photos" only.

Yesterday, I had various batches approved.
Its 24 houres and more ago, but they just don't show up in my gallery, the search engine or catalog. seems like a long lasting issue that sometimes turns up like a random generator |
