As I know at SS, we don't have to enter nouns in singular and plurar, becouse the system converts them. Even the upload system weeds them out, if a word entered in singular and plurar too.

Then how can it be, that searching for "egg" gives 12778 results but searching for "eggs" gives only 3344?

There is another post about plural keywords.
I'm having a bigger problem.

Click on "aurora borealis" keyword. My video does not show up.
Search any of the two keywords separately. Same thing. My video is not found.

The tech department is working on fixing the "egg/eggs" problem.

For the "aurora borealis" problem, our footage system has keyword limitations that our tech department is aware of and working on fixing. For now, please avoid using keywords in quotes and just put the words in individually. In this case, please enter "aurora" and "borealis". Sorry for the inconvenience, but this is how the system is set up right now. Thanks.

i had the similar problem here. My latest submission just got approved more than 24 hours ago, but they are still not search-able via the search engine, no matter how I search it, either by keywords, or search by category. Any idea what happen?
