Hi makalu,

Is the issue that you can't login to your FTP? Which one are you using? That sounds like it might be more an issue with that particular FTP not with the site itself. You might want to contact your FTP provider. Thanks!

FTP is still not working for me either.
I have been using the same FTP program (FTP Voyager) for years with Shutterstock.
I haven't made any changes to any settings.
I am able to connect successfully to all of the other stock sites including BigStock.

The program attempts to connect to the ftp site and comes back with the following error:
Connection closed by the server.
Unable to login

Was there a recent change to the FTP server that would require changes to the settings?

Thanks,

Cameron

Update: Never mind it is working fine.
Shutterstock did make a change.
Until recently it accepted submit.shutterstock.com for the FTP Site. This is no longer accepted.

ftp.shutterstock.com is now required.

Like I said I have had it setup for years and it was using submit.shutterstock.com for the FTP Site the entire time.

Simple change and of course it makes sense.
