It's easier for me to check on this if you share image IDs. Please remember that it can take up to 3 days for images to be fully available across the entire site.
Also, can you share how you've been searching? Are you just looking in your port or are you searching by specific keywords? Which ones? Having a a few examples and some details will help us investigate more effectively. Thanks! |

Hi I've had 10 vectors approved today but I can't find them anywhere. I've done many searches with "vector", "red", "bird" and other keywords...but nothing.

I have had 6 pictures approved yesterday, still not showing today.
I recieved the email saying approved and I can see them under 'approved photos', but they are not showing in my port. They are also not counted in the number of active images. I have searched with a keyword under newest images and they do not appear.

Same situation here :( Lets hope they will show up soon. There is the magic formula that it may take up to 72-hours after approval... |

Just found out they haven't completely disappeared... you can't search them and they don't show up in the portfolio, however, you can find them when you put in the photo id in the URL where it reads id='your photo id' |

I just checked and they appeared in my portfolio finally. It took around 15 hours since approval so I think yours will show up too today.
I think we may be experiencing this delay because there are more images in the review process now, as some contributors implied there are new members joining from other stock agency. Could be the reason of the longer review times recently and also it may take longer for the approved images to appear correctly in the database. |

Lucki man, mine are still missing...but when they finally reappeare again are they in the first new entry's page or aren't? I' mm worried beacause I think that I have losen a lot of money :(. |

Im a woman :) I dont know what is the exact sequence how new images are sorted in case some of them are delayed in appearing in search results and then reappear. But I think the position will depend on how many other images with the same keywords were approved meanwhile. Mine are showing at the top of the New because they are relatively specific.
Im not worried about it because I got used to troubles with new images during the long bug period between October and December when new images were not showing in searches for a week or even longer.. so 1 or 2-day delay is just a small bother to me.
Yes, its possible you lost some potential income because the images appear during weekend time and with delay but we must accept the database of 18 millions of images cannot run always smoothly.
