Can one get a copy of the 1042-S papers?

Is it possible to receive a copy of the 1042-S documentation I should have got via snail mail.
I'm missing the 2010 documentation. I can print it out my self, just need the data.

I contacted support about it, but so far no answer.

Hi, I just recieved two 1042-S forms in the post, was wondering if you could take the time to explain what they are/mean?

Tax rate:0 and exemption code: 04

Iam just a little confused as dont know what Iam meant to do with them?
