Hello good guys in the Forum, all of my six clips were rejected for the reason above, has anyone ever been rejected for that? the clips don't have any bars along the sides, nothing.

Could it be possible that the reviewer is confusing the black areas that are produced by the player and surround the actual movie?

Ideas?

Thanks as always,

Carlos

I see a bit of it, but it's weird because I don't know what causes it, if you look at this sample you'll see them but then others don't have it at all:

In any case, they are there so I'll try to figure out why, if you know of a good video editor let me know please, thanks for your help.

I've had that problem if I crop in PowerDirector 9 (my movie editor) and aren't paying attention to make sure the crop isn't tight enough to allow the "black frames" to sneak in.
